Arbour Hospital is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Referral sources, patients, and family members are provided immediate assistance.

To serve as many patients as possible, we have contracts with most insurance companies, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, BMC HealthNet, Cenpatico, Cigna, Commonwealth Care Alliance, Fallon Community Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Magellan, Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership, MassHealth, Medicare, Neighborhood Health Plan, Tufts Health Plan, TriCare, and United Behavioral Health.
